Sales Tax

Coins and Precious Metals are Exempt from SC State Sales Tax under code section 12-36-2120.

Books, Coin Cases, Coin Trays and non-coin related items are subject to 9% SC State Sales Tax and local City of Charleston Sales Tax for SC Residents Only. 

Buyers will be charged all applicable sales tax for shipments designated for delivery in the State of South Carolina. Please note, this is not, and is not intended to be, a complete description of applicable sales tax laws in all jurisdictions. In the event any applicable sales tax is not paid by Buyer that should have been paid, even if such tax was not collected by LumisNumis LLC by mistake, error, negligence or gross negligence, Buyer nonetheless remains fully liable for and agrees to promptly pay such taxes on demand, together with any interest or penalty that may be assessed by the taxing authority. 

Import & Export Fees

All import fees, export fees, duties, or customs fees charged by the buyer's country will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. It is impossible for us to know what these fees are so please direct your questions on these matters to your country's customs department.
